A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RATIFYING THE SOUTH CENTRAL REGIONAL
WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND DISPOSAL BOARD
ACTION OF AUGUST 26, 1992, APPROVING THE
OPERATING BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR
1992-1993 IN THE AMOUNT OF
$3,154,950.00, SAID BUDGET ATTACHED
HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A"; APPROVING THE
ADOPTION OF A MODIFIED PAY PLAN,
ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "B"; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIUE DATE.
WHEREAS, the South Central Regional Wastewater
& Disposal Board at a meeting held on August 26,
L992, approved the operating budget for fiscal year
-992-1993 in the amount of $3,154,950.00 and approved a

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
~oynton Beach, Florida, does hereby ratify the action taken
the South Central Regional Wastewater Treatment &
Disposal Board on August 26, 1992, approving the operating
et for fiscal year 1992-1993 in the amount of
~3,154,950.00 and approving a modified pay plan.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
immediately upon passage.
