A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COmmiSSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE F~YOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A WATER SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH AND JAMAICA BAY, INC., A COPY OF
SAID AGREEMENT BEING ATTACHED HERETO AS
EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, this matter has appropriately been reviewed by
'~ity Staff and staff has recommended approval for potable
~ater service only at the present time with the condition
~hat applicant be given a 90-day period from the date of
~pproval to pay their capital facilities charges based upon
~he current rate now in effect; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
leach deems it to be in the best interest of the residents
~f the City to execute said Water Service Agreement;
NOW, T~EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CiTY COMMISSION
)F THE CiTY oF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
Luthorized and directed to execute a certain Water Service
~greement between the City of Boynton Beach, Florida and
ramaica Bay, Inc., upon star f recommendations, said
%greement being attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall take
immediately upon passage.
