A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE ~AYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A MICROCOMPUTER
MAINTENANCE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA AND COMPUTERLAND
OF FORT LAUDERDALE; A COPY OF SAID
CONTRACT BEING AT?ACHED HERETO AS
EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WI~EREAS, the City Com~ission of the City of Boynton
eachf Florida, has determined tb~t it is in the best
.nterest of the citizens and residents of the City to
~xecute a Maintenance Contract between the City of Boynton
~each, Florida and ComputerLand of Fort Lauderdale.
NOW~ THEREFORE, BE iT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO~LMISSION
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
3oynton Beach hereby ~uthorizes and directs the Mayor and
2ity Clerk to execute a Contract between the City of Boynton
Beach and ComputerLand of Fort Lauderdale, a copy of which
~ontract is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect
[mmediately upon passage.
