RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND ~N THE
AMOUNT OF $175,575.40 ISSUED BY
INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH AMERICA TO
DEVCON INTERNATIONAL CORPORATION FOR THE
PROJECT KNOWN AS SUTTON PLACE AT
HUNTER'S RUN; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, a Performance Bond in the amount of
175~575.40 was posted by Insurance Company of North
%merica, for Devcon International Corporation (Bond No.
~O2142971) for paving, drainage, water distribution and
~ewage coilectio~ systems;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY ~TH~ CITY COMMISSION
HE CITE OF BOyN~ON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT.
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
3oynton Beach, Florida upon recommendation of staff hereby
lirects that the Performance Bond, No. KO2142971, in the
~mount of $175,575.40, be released.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
Lmmediatety upon passage.
