A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF A PERFORMANCE
BOND IN THE AMOUNT OF $95,978.30 TO
FIREMAN'S FUND FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS
HALF MOON BAY~ ACCEPTING THE SEWER
SYSTEM FOR OWNERSHIP BY THE CITY; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
leach, Florida, upon recommendation of staffs authorizes
'elease of th~ performance bond for the project known as

~each, Florida hereby accepts the sewer system for ownership

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
