Gentlemen:
I herewith tender my resignation as Water Superintendent and
would like to make same effective March 1st, if convenient.

After considerable discussion Commissioner Weems made a
motion that Mr. Mayberry's resignation be accepted to take effect
March 1st, 1937, which motion was seconded by Commissioner Bowen
a~nd duly carried.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
