Co~issioner ~eems made a motion that Ordinance ~154 be adopted, which motion was seconded by Co~issioner Bowen a~ duly o~ried. Co~zmissioner Weems made a motion that Ordinance #186 be a~dopted, which motion was seconded by Commissioner Bowen and duly carried. Thereupon Commissioner Weems, declared Ordinances Nos. lo_,~ 168 and paesed and adopted. as Vice-Nayor~ presiding, 156 to have been duly The application of Lo G. Narnette to sell Beer at Retail at the Pelican Filling Station was approved. Four Nominatir~ Petitions, each being signed by ~6 or more qualified Electors of the Town of Boynton, requesting that the names of ~m. p. Somerville and N, ~. '~aver for Mayor and J. P. Bowen and Ac V. Peterson for Town Clerk be placed on the ballot in the General Election to be held on April 12, 193V, were accept- ed by the Commission. Co~issioner Bowen made a motion that the Clerk have 600 Ballots printed for use in the General Election to be held on April 12, 193V~ having printed thereon the n~es Of W~. P. SOmerville and ~. A. ~eaver for Mayor and the names of J. p. Bowen and A. Vo Peterson for Town Clerk. The following letter was read: U~v. A. R. Cook Town of Boyntqn, O ~ B y~ton, Florida ~Tampa, Fla.
