be a~dopted, which motion was seconded by Commissioner Bowen and
duly carried.

The application of Lo G. Narnette to sell Beer at Retail
at the Pelican Filling Station was approved.
Four Nominatir~ Petitions, each being signed by ~6 or
more qualified Electors of the Town of Boynton, requesting that
the names of ~m. p. Somerville and N, ~. '~aver for Mayor and J.
P. Bowen and Ac V. Peterson for Town Clerk be placed on the ballot
in the General Election to be held on April 12, 193V, were accept-
ed by the Commission.
Co~issioner Bowen made a motion that the Clerk have 600
Ballots printed for use in the General Election to be held on
April 12, 193V~ having printed thereon the n~es Of W~. P. SOmerville
and ~. A. ~eaver for Mayor and the names of J. p. Bowen and A. Vo
Peterson for Town Clerk.
