the safe keeping of persons under sentence or arrest. I would
appreciate it very much if you would discuss at your nex~ regmlar
meeting the possibility of reeeivi~ and caring for such persoms
under arrest by'the ~ewn of Lantana in your town jail. I sm sure
that the commission of the Town of La. fnma will be very glad to
pay any fixed daily charge ~Zch you may set.

Section 4. This resolutie~ shall take effect as soon
as the Tewa Co~acit ef the Town of La~tana shall accept by its
resolution, ~he conditions imposed by this rescluticn.
Section 5. This agreement shall be in effect for a te~m
of two years from the date the same becomes effective; ~d un-
less cancelled by notice in w~iti~g at the end of said term of
two years, the agreement shall b e ex~ended automatically for an
additional ter~ of two years from such da~e.
