fied, the Mayor and Town Clerk be mud they ,hereby are, authorized,
ordered and directed to execute a Special ~a~ranty Deed of convey-
anco for such lands.~.....
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED~ that the Real Estate Broker, by
whose direct efforts any of the above group of lots may be sold,
shall receive for his or her services, a commission of ten percent
(10%) of the selling price of the lots so sold.
