purchase of new traffic lights by the Town was read and tabled.
Upon motion made by Commissioner ~eems, seconded by
Commissioner PeSe~son and duly carried, the Mayor was authorized
to appoint a Deputy ~hal for duty on Satu~lay nights and
aS other special times whenin his judgment an extra deputy
is ~eede~.
Upon motion made by Co~issione~ Peterson, seconde~ by
Commissioner Weems and duly caF~ied, the following Resolution
was duly passed a~d adopted:

1. That the pmoposed Letter Ag~een~ent between the Town
of Bo~ton, Florida, and Florida Power & Light Company~ which
is hereinafter se~ forth in section 2 hereof, be and the $~me
is hereby approved as to form ~ud substance.
2. TD~t the Mayor and the Town Clerk of and on behalf
of ~ne Tov~ of Bo~nton, Florida, be and they are hereby anthoriz-
ed ~ud directed to execute and enter into with Florida Power
Light Company the sa~d oroposed Letter ~greement approved in
section 1 hereof, and hereinafter set forth in £o~m as follows~
