A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A FULL RELEASE OF SURETY FOR
THE PROJECT KNOWN AS BOYNTON SHOPPES,
INC.; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the developer of this parcel has an active
letter of credit No. LC870-101447 from Wachovia Bank, N.A., in
the amount of $4,400, which provided surety for the
satisfactory operation of the water and sewer improvements
during the own-year warranty period; and
WHEREAS, both systems have performed acceptably during
the warranty period and have passed final inspection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM~ISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, T~_AT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, based upon the recommendation of staff, hereby
approves a full release of surety (LC870-101447) for the
project known as Boynton Shoppes in the amount Of $4,400.00.
Section 2. That this Resolution
effective immediately upon passage.
