his credit on the books of the Town and in payment the~of~
he would accept a Special ~arranty Deed from tb~ Town to
lots 4 am~ V Block i Civic Centar~ deed to be made out to
~/io J. Waskow$ subject to any and all unpaid state
coun%y taxes. Upon motion made by Co~.mlssioner Peterson~
seconded by Co~nissioner ~f~aver~ ~@ Hall~s p~oposition was
accepted s~ud the ~¢[ayor arzl Clerk autfaorized and instructed to
execute a Special ~'farranty Deed in favor M. J. '~¥askow to
Lots 4 a~ud V~ Blk I Civic Cemter~ Subject to s.u~ and all unpaid
share and Co~t.~y Taxes.
Upon motion made by Com~ssior~r Peterson$ secorxled by
Comuissior~ Weaver and duly carried~ the proposition of
J~ Jo Williams to pu~c~se the W~ of Lot 5 Section ~8 from
the Town for t~ su~ of Four Hundred Doll~s ~00.00) was
accepted a~ the ~yo~ ~ud Cle~k authorized and inst~cbed
~o execute a Speci~ ~arranty Deed in favo~ J. J. ~lli~
to said land.

the R~d Cro~ Disaste~ and Pr~p~s~ess reii~f oo~tt~ with
a view to omgmuize a sub-co~ittee f~ tb~ Boy. on area which

at Defray by the P~m Beach County C~pter Amer. Rd Cross~
Mayor Weaver ammaounoed that a meeti~ be held in the Town Hall
