Upon bein~ put to a vote., the fo!lo,~ng vote was bad thence on: Commissioner W~aver, C o~uis sioner Weem% Con~is sioner Peterson, Ord~_&uc~ No. 169 to ~ve b~n ~ous~ p~ssed ~ adopted. A bid was meceived f~om C. H. Westb~mmy of Yulee, F%a., to paint the wate~ taul< w~ch was filed fo~ futume ~femence. There b~ing no furthe~ ~asiness 'at the : meeting was ~ecessed to 1:30 o~elock P. M. 0ctobs~ 1Vth 1~o39 at which time, all CoP~aissioners being pmesent, the again called the meeting to o~de~. Upon motion made by Co~is~one~ Oete~on, seconded by Co:~isslone~ Weens and unanimously cam~ied~ the following Resolution was passed and adopted: RESOLUTION {~n~REAS, the~e exists on cemtain land in the Tov~ Boynton, Florida, described as Lot Twen~-t~eee (23) of Block TP~es (3) ~ [~ Bo~Zon Estates, Plat No. i of the Town of Bo~nton, Flo~i~, a two stony dwelling in a state of dilapidation mud decay to such m~ extent t~t the s~e has become g ~enao~ ~d ~i~ hazard to su~ro~ding p~opertiss, ~Y~S, tD~s Co=m~Ission dsor~ it necessa~ ~qd expedient for the preservation oF ~e public health ~_d safety of the i~abit~uts of the To%m oF Boynton ~d for ~he general welfare of said To~ t~t said building should be demolished a~ all debris removed f~om s aid propertT~, an~, wATER~AS~ it apoea~s that Judge n -. ~ Building, Youn~stov~, Ohio is the o~%~qe~ oF agent of said ~nem~ if thePe be s~ agent, said land is unknown~ 705 '~ Cm~y Bank and that the T-k~E-.W~PORE BE IT RESOL\~ED~ by the To~Fn Com~ission of the Tov~a of Boynton, Plorida~ that this Co~saission doe~ hereby direct and Pequire the said owner of said land to demolish said building and to Pemove all debPis f-~om s aid prcperty~ v~thin thirty {30) days f~om the date he~eof~ and, BE IT FURT~R R~SOL~, that if said o~mor shall not, within tlairty (SO) days f~om date, ~emove f~om ~id p~ope~ty, the thing o~ things directed ar~ ~equi~ed to be removed, this Co~ssion ca~ds~ the s s~e to be memoved, and will charge, assess and collect the expenses thereof~ ~ a lien a~ainst the said land o~ as a cla~ against the o~er thereof; an~, BE IT ~RT~R R~SOX~D that Notice and a ~o~ of this Resolution s~,l~ be served uoon the o~er of such land o~ uoon the agent of such o~u~er within five days after dat~ or ~ said is a non-resident~ o~ cannot be found within th~ Town, and h~s ~own agent within the To~ a cody of said medico and of this R~solution s~ll b~ posted upon said ~r~.
