Power & Light Company, which_ is set forth ir_ Section 2 hereof, be
and the s s~ne is hereby approved as to form and subaru_ute.

of the TOwn of Boyntca, ~2orid~, be ~nd they a~e hereby authorized
and directed to execute and enter into with Mlo~ids Power & Light
Company the said proposed Letter Agreement s. pproved in Section 1
hereof, and hereunder ~et forth in form as follows:

This r~lates to your request for permission to put
attacW~ments on six (6) of ou~ poles located on the Federal High-
way in the To~n of Boynton~ Florida, b~tween Ocean and Lake Ave-
~es~ for the purpose of connectLug two (2) traffic li~ts at the
i~tersectio~s of said Ocean and Lake Avenues with the said Federal
Highway, as shown on Sketch No. A-I889 attached hereto, marked
Exhibit "~" and made a part hereof. You are advised that we are
pleased to and hereby grant you per~Ission to affix and maint~!n
sa~d attaob~aents to ov~ said poles~ subject to the following condi-
tions and limitations, to-wit:
(a)
That we sb~all net be or become liable upon any claim,
denmnd, suit or judgment whatsoever smising in con-
nection with the operation and maintenance of ~ your
said electrical circuit, and that you will hold us f~ee
and unharmed from ~uy and all claiz~s: demands, suits or
judgments of persons~ fi~m~ or corporations, including
but not limited to you~ employees o~ agents, which may
arise out of or in coonection with the operation and
mainterm~ce of your said electrical circuit or by con-
ditions created the~eby~ and sn~g other things if re-
quested by us, you shall assume without expense to us
the defense of any such claim o~ action;
(b}~hat we shall not be liable on accotuut of damage to
your ele,ctrical circuit or eo£~ipment which may be oc-
casion*d by treacle arising on cum electrical circuits;
That al! maintenance, removals, replacements and re-
pairs of said electrical circuit attached to our said
poles sh~ll be in accordance with our standard practises
and sh~!l be Oem~ovmed so~eIyby this Co~pany for and . t
on beha!f of ~a, aud~that ~.~a~ th~ cost.and~x~se incads
to such re~ov~, r~o±~ce~en~ an~ repairs sna±~ De
born~ by you~ zz bez~g understood, of course, that we
will not do any ~inte~nce, removals, reo!acements or
~epalrs of your said electrical circuit e~cept upon
your specific re,nest and order, unless in t he case oF
an emergency such work should become necessary in order
to restore service to mdt electrical circaits on said
poles$
(d)That you will kc~p and. maintain your said electrical
c~_~cnit in good operating condition so as to not endanger
the operation of ou~ electrical circuits located
on ss~d poles;
That the term of this agreement s~hal! be for so long
as we supply all power and energy ~quired for and
in connection with the operation of said traffic lights.
If you agree to the foregoing, plemse so designate by
causing this lette~ and the attached copies to be executed
by you~ duly authomized officials, under y~um corporate seal
in the- spaces provided below for that pumpose.
