WP~REAS, ths owner of the property more particularly des-
cri~ed hereinafter has heretofore filed an application with the
City of Boyn~on Beach requesting conditional use of subject prop-
erty for the construction and operation ~f a church and has filed
plans aPPur~nlant thereto with the Municipal Planning Board and,
after public hearing thereon, the said Planning Board has unani-
mously recommended~to.~he.-Cit~.~Council ~hat ~he said applicat~on.~

NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT ORDAINED BY TRE CITY COLL~CIL OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That-a
operation of a church on
hereby granted:
conditional use for the construction and
the following described property is
Lots 160 through 168, inclusive, Block D,
BOYNTON HILLS~ a subdivision of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida~ according to the plat
thereof on file in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County,
Florida, recorded in Plat Book 4~ Page 51.
The official Zoning Map of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, shall ~e amended accordingly.
~e~tion 2: Se~parabil~tv: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase, or sen-
tence, and if any portion hereof shall be declared invalid, the
remaining portion shall not be affected, but shall remain in
full force and effect.
Section 3: Repealinq Provisions: Ail ordinances or parts
of ordinances in conflict herewith are here.by repealed.
Section 4: Effective Date: This Ordim~nce shall become
effective in the manner and at the time provided by law.
