WHEREAS~ the-o~er of the prop~rty more pa~rticularly des- cribed hereinafter has heretofore petitioned the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach~ Florida, requesting the annexation of certain property lying adjacent and contiguous to the territorial limits of said municipality and within the same County to the of said City; and land contains l~ss than ten re9istered municipal territorial limits WHEREAS, said tract of voters; and WHEREAS~ Boynton Beaeh~ relative to annexation with; and WHEREAS, all requirements of the Charter of the City of Florida~ and of the laws of the State of Florida, of contiguous territory have been complied the City Council of the City of Boynton Beach~ Florida~ deems the annexation of said land to be beneficial to and in the best interests of the said City and the owner of said land that said land t~ annexed and included ~ithin the municipal territorial limits of said City; NOW~. THEREFORE ~ CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH~ FLORIDA: Section 1: That the City Council of the City ef Beach, Florida~ hereby annexes the tract of land mere described in the attached Exhibit A~ which BE IT ORDAINED BM THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE is hereby Beyn ton particularly made a part hereof~ Beach, Florida. Section 2: C-1 pursuant to Beach~ Florida. to the municipal territorial limits of the City of Boynton That the subjec~ property is hereby zoned zone the Master Zoning Code of the City of Beynton Section 3: That the Boynton Beach~ Florida~ are hereby redefined so as to include the above-describe d property. Section 4: Repealinq Provisions: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section 5: Authority to Codify: Specific authority is hereby granted to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's existing Code. Section 6: Separability: Should any section or territorial boundaries of the City of provision of this Ordinance or any portion hereof~ be declared by a Court of competent ]urisdiction to be invalid~ such decision shall not affect the validity of the remainder hereof as a whole or any part hereof, other than the part declared to be invalid.
