AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING PLAT OF SHAKER HEIGHTS; PROVIDING FURTHER
FOR A SAVi~S CLAUSE, REPEALING PROVISIONS AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE iT ORDAINED BY THE CITer COUNOIL OF THE ClT~ OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section I: That it is hereby determined that the proposed plat of Shaker
Heights, heretofore submil~red to the City Council of the Cite of Boynton Beach,
Florida, for approval, pursuant to the Charter and the Ordinances of the said
City does meet ell requirements of the City and that same is hereby-approved
subject to developer preoaring and filing with the City Clerk a performance
and completion bond in the total amount of $423,000.00 insuring that improve-
ments within said areas are installed, co~ateted and paid for.
~tion 2: S~parabi]ity: Each of the provisions of this Ordinance are
separable, including word, clause, nhrase or sentence, and if any portion
hePeof shal] be declared tnvaiid, the remaining por~rion shall not be affected
but shall remain i~ full force and effect.
~ection 3: .Repealin~ Provisions: All ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
