A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
RELEASING A PERFORMANCE BOND (PLAT NO.
6) AND A LETTER OF CREDIT (PLAT NO. 6A)
REGARDING BOYNTON LAKES PUD; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, a Performance Bond in the amount of
10,000.00 was posted by Fidelity & Deposit Company of
for the principal, Lennar Homes, Inc. (No.
161-13-667) for paving, drainage, sewage collection system,

WHEREAS, a Letter of Credit No. 21535 was issued by

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Beach, Florida upon recommendation of staff hereby
directs that the Performance Bond, No. C61-13-667, in the
of $10,000.00, be released.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of

~irects that the Letter of Credit, No. 21535, in the amount
