A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COb~4iSSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, ADOPTING A
PROPOSED MILLAGE RATE OF 7.9704 FOR
GENERAL OPERATING BUDGET PURPOSES FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1992-93 AND SETTING FORTH THE DATE, TIME
AND PLACE OF THE FIRST PUBLIC HEARING;
PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY, CONFLICTS AND AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Florida Statute 200.065 (TRIM) it is
he responsibility of the Municipality's governing body to advise
the Property Appraiser of its roll back millage rate, proposed
nillage rate and setting forth the date· time and place of the
Eirst public hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
~ITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
leach, Florida· hereby adopts a proposed millage rate of 7.9704
hills which has been computed to fund the General Operating
Budget for Fiscal Year 1992-93.
Section 2. The City ComMission of
the City of Boynton
1992, at 6:30 P.M.,
~each, Florida, hereby sets September 10
it Boynton Beach City Hall, 100 East Boynton Beach Boulevard, as
~he date, time and place of the first public hearing to consider
the proposed millage rate and the tentative budget.
Section 3. The City Manager of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, is hereby authorized to execute and submit DR-420
2ertification of Taxable Value to the Palm
~ppraiser's Office.

Section 4. If any clause, section, or other part of this
shall be held by any Court of competent jurisdiction
unconstitutional or invalid, such unconstitutional or
part shall be considered as eliminated and in no way
~ffecting the validity of the other provisions of this
{esolution.
Section 5. Ail Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in
:onflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
conflict.
Section 6. This Resolution shall become
ately upon its passage and adoption.
