A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A HURRICANE
DISASTER AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH AND FLORIDA PUBLIC
UTILITIES COMPANY/FLO-GAS CORPORATION TO
PROVIDE EFFICIENT AND TIMELY RESPONSE TO
ANY GAS RELATED EMERGENCIES RESULTING
FROM A HURRICANE IN THE CITY; A COPY OF
SAID AGREEMENT IS ATTACHED HERETO AS
EXHIBIT "A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
each has determined that it is in the best interest of the
~ity to enter into an agreement with Florida Public
Utilities Company/Flo-Gas Corporation to provide efficient
mnd timely response to any gas related emergencies resulting
from a hurricane;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION

4. The Municipality agrees to provide adeguate outdoor
parking for six (6) vehicles to Gas Company on Fire Department
property.
