A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA; SUPPORTING
THE APPOINTMENT OF CObLWLISSIONER JOSE AGUILA
TO THE TREASURE COAST REGIONAL PLANNING
COUNCIL; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Boynton Beach City Coz~missioner Jose Aguila has
expressed an interest in servi~ -3 as the Palm Beach County
Municipal Representative to the Treasure Coast Regional Planning
Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission fully and enthusiastically
supports the appointment of Jose Aguila to the Planning Council
and believes that his appointment will enhance the Planning
Council and have a positive impact on their business,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission recommends the
appointment of Jose Aguila to the Treasure Coast Regional
Planning Council as the Palm Beach County Municipal
Representative and encourages his appointment to that position.
Section 2. That all resolutions or parts of resolutions
in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. In the event any portion of this Resolution
is deemed invalid, illegal or unconstitutional by any court of
