A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH AND GERAGHTY &
MILLER, INC., FOR HYDROGEOLOGICAL
SERVICES RELATED TO CONSTRUCTION OF TWO
PRODUCTION WELLS IN GIRL SCOUT PARK
(CHAPEL HILL AREA); AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, upon recommendation of staff the City Commission of
~he City of Boynton Beach authorized utilization of Geraghty &
4iller, Inc., to provide Hydrogeological services related to
:onstruction of two production wells in Girl Scout Park (Chapel
{ill area) on June 2, 1992;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED.BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
~ITY 'OF BoYNTON ~EACH, FLORIDA THAT.
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
~each, Florida~ does hereby authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to
~xecute a Consultant Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach
~nd Geraghty & Miller, Inc., a copy of which is attached hereto
~s Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution shall
