A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING TWO LETTERS OF CREDIT FOR
BOYNTON LAKES COMMERCIAL IN THE AMOUNTS
OF $52,272.00 AND $84,472.00, ~ERED
16517 AND 16518 RESPECTIVELY. FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE REQUIRED OFF-SITE
IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE PLAT KNOWN AS
BOYNTON LAKES COMMERCIAL, LOCATED IN THE
SOUTHEAST CORNER OF CONGRESS AVENUE AND
HYPOLUXO ROAD; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, upon the recommendation of staff, desires
to approve two Letters of Credit from NCNB National Bank of
Florida in the amounts of $52,272.00 and $84,427.00,
numbered 16517 and 16518 respectively, for construction of
the required off-site improvements for the plat known as
'~Boynton Lakes Commercial"
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby approves two Letters of
Credit from NCNB National Bank of Florida in the amounts of
$52,272.00 and $84,427.00, numbered 16517 and 16518
respectively, for construction of the required off-site
improvements for the plat known as "Boynton Lakes
Com~mercial".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon passage.
