A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH AND DELTEC WHICH AGREEMENT IS
ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT "A"; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
W~zlEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida upon the recommendation of staff, has determined it to
be in the best interest of the citizens and residents of the
City of Boynton Beach to execute an Agreement between the City
of Boynton Beach and Deltec for maintenance and repair of the
uninterruptabie power ~upply equipment, which Agreement is
attached hereto as Exhibit hi
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF ~OYNToN BEACH, FLORIDA THAT:
Section ~
~. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed
to execute the Agreement between the City of Boynton Beach and
Deltec, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 2. This
immediately upon passage.
Resolution shall take effect
1992.
