A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH AND OFFICE SYSTEMS EQUIPMENT &
CONSULTING, INC., TO PROVIDE MAINTENANCE
ON THE KARDEX LEKTRIEVER; A COPY OF SAID
CONTRACT IS ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT
"A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WI~EREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
each has deemed it to be in the best interests of the
~itizens and residents of this City to approve said service
~greement based upon their review and upon recommendation of

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY CO~IS$ION

Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
