A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPROVING THE RELEASE OF A CASH BOND IN
THE AMOUNT OF $10,000.00 TO WEST
INDUSTRIAL ASSOCIATES; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton
,each, Florida, upon recommendation of staff, authorizes
~eiease of the cash bond for the project at 1300 West
Industrial Avenue to West Industrial Associates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED ~Y THE CITY COMMISSION

Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
