A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A SERVICE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF BOYNTON
BEACH AND SCANTRON CORPORATION~ A COPY
OF WHICH IS ATTACHED HERETO AS EXHIBIT
"A"; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
upon the recommendation of staff, has determined it to be in the
best interest of the citizens and residents of the City of
Boynton Beach to execute a Service Agreement between the City of
Boynton Beach and Scantron Corporation for an optical mark
reader, which Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit A.
NOW, THEREFOre, BE IT RESOLVED B~ THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CiTY OF 'BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDATHAT.
Section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby
directed to execute the Agreement between the City of Boynton
Beach and Scantron Corporation, attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take
immediately upon passage.
