Minutes 01-08-32 S~PECIAL ~-EETING 0F JANUARY 8, 1932. A Special Meeting of the Board of ToYm Co~ssioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida, was held at the Town Hall the Town of Boynton, Florida, 1938, at V:30 o~clock P. ~. Present: The above on Friday evening, January 8, H. T. Holloway, ~i~yG~ Frank Nutting, Vice ~ayor J. P. Bowen, Town Clerk constituting the entire Board of Town Commissioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida. The meeting being c~lled for the purpose of appointing a Town Attorney and to transact any other business that might come before the 0ommission. ~. Bowen stated that he had consulted ~r. J. H. Ad~ms of Delray Beash, v£no had offered ~o represent the Town of Boynton on a retainer of $80.00 per month. ~r. Adams to attend all Regmlar ~eetings, ~nd Special ~eeti~s upon notice, and give consultations at such times as needed, services to be inclnded in the $$0.00 per month. of these Payment for services rendered in suits to be ~r. Nutting stated tb~t he had seen Miller, another ~oplicant for To~n Attorney, Mr. Miller had said that he would confer with J. Bryan and see }gr. Nutting later. Com~issioner Bowen made a motion that ~r. J. paid extra. Newman T. and that Stockton H. Adams be employed as the To~au Attorney. Co~_issioner Holloway~:~ seconded this motion and upon being put to a vote, the t 1 following vote was had thereon: Conu~issioner Holloway ~Aye~ Co~missioner Nutting Not Voting Commissioner Bowen ~'Aye~ of ~r. ~T.
