A $oecial Meeting of the Board of Town Commissioners
whs held at the Town Hall, Boynton~ Florida, on F~iday
evening, February 12th, 1933, at ? o'clock P. M.
Present: H. T. Holioway, Mayor
Frank Nutting, Vice Mayor
The above constituting a majority of the Board of
Town Commissioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida.
Hayor H. T. Hoiioway stated that the meeting had
been called for the purpose of complying with the Court
Order of the U.S. District Court in and for the Southern
District of Florida~ Maimi Division. Case No. 829-M-Eq.

and To transact any other business that might come before

Commissioner Frank Nutting made a motion that a
Check be made payable to ~ite Construction Company for
the amovnt of Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-eight
Dollars and fifty-two cents (~8,978.8~)~ the same being
the balance as shown in the State Road ~nd deposited
in the West Palm Beach Atlantic National Bank.~
This motion was seconded by Co~mm=ss~oner H. T. Hollow~
and duly carried.
There being
no further business, the meeting adjourned.
