A Special Meeting of the Board of Town Commissioners
of the Town of Boynzon, Florida, was held at the Town
on Saturday afternoon, March 12, 1932 at 5 o~clock F. ~.
Present: H. T. Holloway, ~layor
Frank Nutting, Vice Mayor
J. P. Bowen, Town Clerk
The above constituting the entire Board of Town

M~yor H. T. Holioway stated that the meeting had
been called for the purpose of considering the sale of
_some 6" casv iron water pipe owned by the Town, which
was not in use m~d to transact any other business that
might corae before the Commission.
Commissioner Bowen made a motion that the following
resolution be passed:
Wi~iEREAS there is approximately 550' of 5~ casv iron
water pipe in the ground on the south side of Woo!bright
Road, between the F. E. C. Railroad and Green Street,
which is not now connected with the ~a5er system of
the Town, and
~{dEREAS, The Seminole Golf Club is desirous of
buying this amount of pipe.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Town
Commissioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida, that the
Town sell said pipe to The Seminole Golf Club for the
sum of Thirty Dollars (~30.~) per ton in the ground.
The weight 5o be calculated as per standard table or
33,3 pound per lineal foot.
