A Special Meeting of the Board of Town Connnissioners
of the To~m of Boynton, Florida, was held at the To-~m
Hall on Satnrday Morning, April 2,1932 at 8 o~clock A.N.
Present:
Frank Nutting, Vice ~iayor
J. P. Bogen, To'ma Clerk
The above constituting a.majority of the Board of
Town Commissioners of the Town of Boyn~on, Florida.
The meeting was'called for the purpose of passing
an Ordinance to raise the millage for tax for year 19~l.
Upon motion of Connuissioner Nutting, seconded by
Co~muissioner Bowen~ the followir~ Ordinance was olaced
upon its first reading:

~Z~IENDING AND ORDINANCE FIXiNG T~ BUDGA~ AND
T~X LEVY OF THE TOWN OF BOYNTON FOR THE
FISCAL YEAR 1931 1932
~iEREAS, Pursuant to that one certain Peremptory
Writ of }~iandamus issued out of the Circuit Court of the
Fifteenth ~udicial Circuit of Florida, ~n and for PaL~
Beach Count~, Florida~ in t he matter of State of Florida,
ex relator, Palm Beach Company, Relator, versus Ho T.
Ho!loway, et al., which said Peremptory W~it or-Mandamus
was signed on the 5th day of Earch, A. D. 1932, by
Elw~n Thomas~ Circuit Judge at F.t Pierce, Florida.
NOW, In compliance with the ruling, of said Court
and in compliance with Said Peremptory Writ of Mandsmaus
it becomes necessary to szaend the tax levy of t'_~s Tow~
of Boynton for bonded debt service for the fiscal yea.~
1931 - 1932.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED By the authority
aforesaid that Ordinance No. ll3 be and the same is
hereby amended so that the estimates for bond debt
service mud the levies therefore shall be as follows:

BE IT ORDAINED That there sb~ll be s_nd is hereby
appropriated for the payment of all interest snd bonds
maturing up To and th_rough the fiscal year 1931 - 1932
the respective sums hereinabove set forth.
AKD, BE IT FTJRTH~R DRD$_iN~ That au additional
millage of five mills be levied ag~ainst all of the
taxable property now in the Town of BoyntOm_ for the
p~z~rpose of raising funds as above for the payment
of said bonded debt service for the fiscal ye~r 1931-1932.
BE IT ~jRTHER 0RDAIt~D That oursuscat to and in
compliance with the Peremptory Writ hereinabove
referred ~o, the Treasurer of the Town of Boyn~on is
authorized and directed to set apart in a separave
fund the proper pro rata portion of all s'~as ~rein-
after collected for bonded debt service for. the
fiscal year 1931 - 1932. Said amo-,~uts, so authorized
an~ directed to be set aside in said Special Fun~, to
be paid over to Pal~ Beach Company, sha~l be propor-
tionate amount of each tax colleGtion made for bond
debt service as Ten Thou£~ ~Eight Hundred Three and
2O/100 Dollars ($10,803.20) bears to the total amount
required for bonded debt service for the fiscal year
1931 1932, which is, to-wit: One Hundred Eleven
Thousand, Five Hundred Seventy-seven and 60/100
($111,5VV.50) DOllars.
