Co~missior~er Stevens called the meeting to order mud read the follov~_ng telegram: ~Jacksonville ~ Fla. ~ay 5th~ 1932. ~is.y or a r~. 'To~m Co~r~ais s ion, Boynton, Fla~ Ridgelsm_d corporation ~uit will be dismissed upon payment of forty two hundred fifty dollars now Ln your interest sinki~ fund for lien certificate c~pons other wise present suit will be expedited to conclusion. N~vting brought up the matter of placing a caution light at the intersection of D~ie Highway and Oce~ ~%ve and also to replace some of ~he streetli~mf~s thaz ~d been cut off recen~!y. Mr. Bowen su~ested Power & Light Co., before asking the Company to the contract again, covering tb~ Street LightLug This was mutually agreed upon. A motion was made by Commissioner Nutting, Co_~smissioner Bowen and duly carried p~aced,at the ' ~ ~ intersection of Dixie The follovY_ng letter was seconded by t~hat a caution light be Highway am~d Ocean Ave. Board of To~m Co~missioners, Boynt on, Fla. Upon mo~ion of Co~aissioner Nutting~ seconded ~y Co~v~uissioner Stevens and_ d:aly carried, Peterson was asked to furnish references whic~ are to be presented at the next Regular ~/ieeting to be held ~(ay tVth. ~r.
