Present: H. D.- Stevens, ~ayor Frank Nutting, Vice Mayor J. P. Bowen, Town Clerk The above constitutLug the entire Board of Town Co~ma~ sioners of tb~ Town of Boynton~ Florida. The ~inuves of the Special ~eeting held ~ay ~ 193~ were read and~ approved upon motion of Commissioner Stevens~ seconded by Co~mmissioner Nutting~ and duly carried. The Minutes of the Regular ~eeting held ~ay 5, i93~ were read ~d approved upon motion of Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Co==missioner Nutting and du!v carried. The Minutes of the Special Meeting held ~ay 9, were read ~ad approved upon motion of Conmuissioner Stevens, seconded b)? Co;~mlissioner Nutting, end duly carried. The Einutes of the Special ~eeting held ~ay 11, t932~ were read and approved upon motion of Co~mmission Stev~ens~ secomded by Oom~ sioner i?utting, and duly carried. A'co~m~aieabion was read from Frank Smith requesting the Co~m~ission to let him work our his water bill. A motion was niade by Co~maissioner Nutting arid duly carried his water bill. The following Stereos, seconded by Co~nissioner ~ ~_m~ ~rsa~ Smith be allowed to work letter was read: ~May !V~ 1932o Hon. Board of Town Oo~issioners Boynton, Florida° Gentlemen: In reference to my letter to you regard the bookkeeping for the Town, which was read at~ Yg~ last Regular Meeting. ! wish to submit the foil~wing for your consideration: i will attend the Regular Co~aission Meetings and kee~. the minutes and v~ite them u~ for~the 'stenographer to type. I will write up all the ent~ies~ in the Cash Journal etc. and post these entries ye the Ledger, which work ~ will be allowed to do at my convenience~ but Z agree to have eacln months wor_k completed not later than tlne tenth (10th) of the follov~ng month. I will do this work for the s~m of Fifty Dollars ($50,00) per month.
