Minutes 06-29-32 SPEC!~L ~EETING OF ~UI~E 29~ 1932, A Special Meeting of the Board of Town Conzmlssioners of the Town of Boynton, F_orzda~ was held at the Tovm Hall of the Tow-n of Boynton~ Florida~ on Wednesday evening, June 29, 1932 at 8:00 o~c!ock P.M. H. D~ Stevens, Mayor Frank Nutting, Vice Mayor J. P. Bowen~ Town Clerk The above cons~mtuvi,~g the entire Board of Towm Co~m~ssmoners of the Town of Boynton~ F-±or~da~ The Meeting being called for the purpose of disoussing the advisability of ~ssuing Time ~arrants to the Florida Power and ~,moht Company for ba±_s that the Town owes them and to transact any other business that might come before the Co~ms~mO~o A discussion was b~d with Mr. Chas. Senior of the Florida Power and Light Company with reference ~o the bills now due the said Company. 'Er~ Senior stated that the Company was now msking up a Certificate of Indsbtness form f~ presentation to the Co~issioners~ but that he would take the matter of issuing Time Warrants to them for consideration~ in a discussion as to accepting Bonds in part pa~ent of Taxes it was definitely decided that all due $~d past due coupons must accompany the Bond~ A ~otion was made by Co~_issioner Bowen that the following Resolution be adopted~ RESOLUTI0~: W~S: Under date of July 2!~ 1928 the Board of To~ Commissioners of the Town of Boynton~ Florida~ purchased from the American La France Fire Engine Co of Elmira~ N.Yo 0~rE fire engine for the sum of Seven Thousand Seven Hvuudred Fifty Dollars (7,750.0( for which the To~m gave its General Fund Check No 361 for the of Five Hundred Dollars (~500.00) sm, d the following notes, $1~208.33 note payable i~208.33 note pays~te 1~08.$3 no~e payable 1~208,33 not~ payable i~208;34 note p~vable one year after date. two years after date° Three yec~-~s after date. Four years after date.
