The above constituting a majority of the Board of Towua Co~mnissioners o£ the To~ oF Boynton~ Florida~ The ~inutes of the Regular ~eeting held June 21, 19Z2 were r~ad and approved upon motion of Conunissloner Nutting~ seconded by Co~issioner Stevens and duly carried. At the l~resent time I am unable to pay my water bill smd am appealing to you for the privilege of working it out as ethers have done. In the past four years we have puz in over $30~000o00 in these n,~_~series and we are now employing from eight to ten men.
