This Motion was seconded by Commissioner Nutting and
unanimously carried.
A Resolution to pay claims was adopted.
Upon Motion made by Commisstomer Bowen, seconded by

After a discussion regarding the Reservation and settin~
aside of certain Lots owned by the Town in Beverly Hills
Addition No. 3; Commissioner Nutting made a Motion that an
Ordinance be made and p~esented at the nex~ RegUlar Meeting'
Reservin~ and Setting aside Lots 4 to ll, Both Inclusive, lm
Block ~, Beverly Hills Addition No. 5, Addition to the
Town of Boynton. This Motion was seconded by Commissioner
Bowen and duly carried.
A discussion was had regarding the l~oposed building of an
addition to the i/ater Works Plant in m sto~m proof building in
Hills and Motion made by

Commissioner Nutting, seconded by Commissioner Stevens and
duly carried, Mr. ~Newman T. Miller, Attorney, was authorized and
~equested to make application to the Reconstruction Finance
Corporation, for the Town of Boynton, Florida, for
Thousand Dollars ($10,0OO), for the purpose of making such
imp~evement s,
Upon Motion made by Bc~tssioner Nutting, seconded by
Commissioner Stevens and duly carried, the following bill was
approved for payment:
