Present: H.D. Stevens, Mayor
Frank Nutting, Vice-Mayor
The above constituting a majority of the Board cf Town
CommiSsioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida.
This meeting was called for the purpose o~ discussing the
foreclosure of Tax Sale Certificates and/or Special Assessm~
liens and to transact any other business that might come
before the Commission.
A len~th~ discussion was had in reference to foreclosing
Tax Sale Certificates and/or Special Assessment liens and
upon Motion made by Cormmissioner Stevens, seeonded by Commissioner
Nutting and duly carried, the Tax Collector was authorized a~d
instructed to mail a tD-trty days notice to property owners
whose Taxes and/or Special Assessments are delinquent, i~ the
following form:
You are hereby notified that it is the intention of
the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, to file a bill
chancery against the tract of land which is located in Pai~m Beach
County, Florida, and more pa~ticularly described as follows,to-wit

for the purpose of collecting the taxes and/or tax certificateS
and~or special assessment liens which are in the amount and/or
amounts herein-after designated:
You are hereby warned that unless the said taxes
liens
including interest and penalty, on or before the day of

after said above last named day.

By the Authority aforesaid, in Regular Special Session
sitting, that the Tax Col~ctor be and he hereby is Authorized and
Directed, Until-Nov. 1st !9S2, to accept payment of delinquent
taxes for the year 19~t, waivin~ all interest and penaltlee.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
