Con~nissioner Stevens moved the adoption of 0rd~nce which was seconded by Conwnissioner Nutting, and upon being put - ~ vote, ~he Following vote was had thereon: Co~missioner Stevens, ~E~ Commissioner Nutting, ~AyE~ Commissioner Bowen, ~Not Voting~ Thereupon Commissioner Stevens as Eayor presiding, declare~ 0rdinanee No. 126 duly passed and adopted. I would respectfully petition you and the honor~ble- Page M. / y? commissioners of Boynton to place a light at the carrier o£ the Dixie n~_ghw~y Rd Broadway, in such location as you may select. Upon Motion made by Commissioner Nutting, seconded by Com; missioner Stevens and duly Carried, the ~reasurer was ordered to pay ~r. Adams as much as possible on account of his bill out of the first available funds.
