A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A RELEASE OF CASH SURETY TO
RIDGEWAY PLUMBING, IN THE AMOUNT OF
$13,200.00 FOR THE WATER IMPROVEMENTS AT
RIDGEWAY PLUMBING LOCATED ON INDUSTRIAL
AVENUE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the developer of this parcel, previously
posted cash surety in the amount of $13,200.00 for the
project known as Ridgeway Plumbing improvement at 640 E.
Industrial Avenue; and
WHEREAS, a final inspection has been conducted on this
project and the water and sewer systems appear to be
functioning properly;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM/dISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, based upon the recommendation of
staff, hereby approves the release of the cash surety in the
amount of $13,200.00 to Ridgeway Plumbing, for the project
known as Ridgeway Plumbing on Industrial Ave.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become
effective immediately upon passage.
