A Special Meeting of the Boar~ of Town Commissioners
of the Town of Boynton, Florida was held at the Tov~ Hall on
Saturday aftsrnoon, June 24, 19~, at 1:30 P. ~.
Present: E. D. Stscens~ Mayor
~m. Ner~el, Vice Nayo~
J. P. Bowen~ Town Clerk.
The above constituting the entire Board of Town Com-
missioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida.
This meetir~ was called for the p~vpose of discussing
t~ remo.v~l of trash and garbage, from the Town of Boynton,
Florida and Boynton Beach Florida, and the sale of the Ford
truck now being operated by the Sanitary Dep~rtment.
Motion was made by Commissioner ~enzel that the Tov~
of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Flo~ida~ advertise for sealed
bids for hauling ~trash and garbage in the Town of~ Boynton,
Florida, and Boynton Bemch Florida, for a period of one year;
and that the Town of Boynton, Florida advertise for sealed
bids for tbs sale of the garbage truck, now ov~ed and operated
by sai~ Town.
This Motion was
unanimously ca~ied.
