A Special Meeting of the Board of Town Commissioners of the
Town of Boyr~on~ Florid~-~ was held at the Town Hall on Saturday

Department Truck as advertised for on ~une 2~th,
The following sealed bids were opened and read:

consideration of the
above bids, Commissioner
Stevens moved the adoption of the following
RESOLUTION
~hereas, it is deemed advisable and to the best interests of
the Town of Boynton and the citizens, residents and taxpayers
thereof, that the Tov~ Commission award a contrac t, for a period
of one ye~, for the removal and disposal of all trash and
garbage acc-~u~atatedby the residents of the Town of Boynton and
the on Beach and
~F~, it is deemed advisable and to the best interests
of the Town of Boynton ~nd the citizens, residents and taxpayer~
th~seo£, that the Tov~ Commission sell the ga~oage t~ck now
owned by the To~ of Boynton for the best price obtainable
to the person to whom the contract for the removal of trash
and garbage is awarded, and -~-
~tEEEAS, bids h~ve been duly advertised for and received
by the Town Commission of the Town of Boynton as fol!ows~

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the garbage truck owned by
the Town of Boynt on be ~nd the same is hereby ordered sold to
B. J. Price.
