A Special Meeting of the Board of Town Commissioners of
the Town of Boynton, Florida, was held at the Town Hall on Tues-
day evening, July ll, A. D. t9~3 at 7:00 o~clock
Present: H. D. Stevens,
?~mo ~enzel~ Vice Mayor
The above constituting a majority of the Board of
Town Commissioners of the Town of Boynton~ Floridae
This meeting was called for the purpose of considering
the following:
RESOLUTION
V~AS~ the South Lake ~orth Inlet Commission ~s
plans ~ud specifications for the contemplated improvement of
the North Jetty and extending the North Jetty so as to divert
the sand from going through the Inlet to the properties on
the South shore, and,
~wD~S~ ~ number of the citizens, residents and ta~-
payers of tb~ Town of Boynton ~ud vicinity have re~fmested that
the Town Co~ission express its approval and endorsement of the
above plans.
NO%~ TwEREFORE BE iT RESOLVED, that the Board of Town
Commissioners of the Town o£ Boynton, Florida, does hereby ap-
prove ~nd endorse the plans hereinabove described~
BE IT FURTHER kESOLVED~ that a certified copy of tlais
Resolution be furnished the South Lske Worth Inlet Commission.
Co.mra~ssio~~er Esnzel moved the adoption of the above and
£oregoing Reso±ut~on, which was seconded by Cozanissioner Stevens
aud duly carried.
There being no further business the meeting adjourned.
