D. Stevsns~ Eayor presiding, declared Ordinance No~ l$1 duly passed ~ad adopted. Upon motion made by Co~issioher Bowen, seconded by Co~aissionsr ~enzel ~d unanimously carried, the Tax Col- lector was inst2~ucted to waive interest and penalties on l~l ~d 1~$~ Taxes until furbker notice. ~ discussion was kmd rsg~ding persons who are in- debted to the Town of Boynton~ for water service, ~d the Town of Boston is indebted ~o said persons for l~bor and materials. ~iotion was made by Co~issioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner ~ienzei and u~u~imous!y carrisd~ to give the To~ Treasurer the authority to handle th~se accounts in t~e most practical marker, Vice ~1ayor ~lenzel advised the Co~mmissioners that the Boynton Casino is badly in need of repairs~ and tarring the roof. Motion was made by Commissioner Menzel such as painting, seconded by Commissioner Bowen smd duly carried that the saia,~y of the ¥~atsr Superintendent be reduced to $50,00 per month, and the salary of ~nief of Police be reduced to $50°00 par month. Motion was made by Commissioner ~enzei, seconded by Co~missioner Bo~en s_nd ~ly carried~ that the Office &ssistant ~ork on b~lf time basis for the time being, sal- amy of $~0.00 per month to be paid from the ~¥ater ~nd. ~otfon was made ~y Co~issionsr Stevens, seconded by Co~missioner Bow~n and unanimously carried, to allow the St. Job~us Baptist Church (Colored) free water as is granted the other churches, unless the consumption is o~er the mini~m ~ Upon motion made by Commissioner Bowen, seconded by Commissioner Menzei and unanimously carried, the Tax Col- lector was instructe~ to advertise the delinquent 1931 and 1932 taxes For sale by posting a notice thereof on the door of the Town Hall, at the Post Office mad some other public place ~m the To-m~ of Boynton, and to hold a tax sale of all property on which ts~es are unpaid, on Y~onday October 2nd, 1933~ at 12 o~clook noon. Motion was made by Coumlissioner Nenzel seconded by Com- missioner Stevens and unsaaimously cs_~ried~ to pay ~, B.
