13-542 CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA CASE NO. 13-542 CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, Petitioner, vs. CATHERINE ALLEN Respondent(s) ORDER IMPOSING PENALTIES/LIEN THIS CAUSE came before a public hearing before the Special Magistrate of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida on June 19, 2013, after due notice to the Respondent(s), at which time the Magistrate heard testimony under oath, received evidence, and issued its findings of fact and conclusions of law and thereupon issued its oral order which was reduced to writing and furnished to the Respondent(s). Pursuant to the Board's Order, the Respondent(s)were to Cease and Desist from violating the code provision as stated in the order effective June 26, 2013 or be fined $500.00 each time a violation occurs. Based upon testimony and evidence presented to the Board on November 20, 2019, the Special Magistrate finds that the Respondent(s) violated the Cease and Desist Order on October 10, 2019 and October 24, 2019. Accordingly, it having been brought to the Magistrate's attention that the Respondent(s) did not comply with the Order dated 7/9/13. It is hereby ORDERED that Respondent(s) pay to the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, a fine in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) per occurrence for 2 occurrences for the violation(s)that exist at 318 NE 20th Avenue, Boynton Beach, Florida, more fully described as: Boynton Ridge, Lot 3, Block 20, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 28 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida. PCN: 08-43-45-15-07-020-0030 The amount of the fine is $1,000.00 plus administrative costs in the amount of $100.00 for a total of$1,100.00. THIS MATTER came before the Code Compliance Board for hearing on the 19TH day of JUNE 2013. After considering the testimony and evidence the board finds: 1.
