20-0061 1. 1 1 1. 1 1 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 2 3. 3 3 3 ORDINANCE NO. 20-006 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE 02-013 TO REZONE A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED HEREIN AND COMMONLY REFERRED TO AS 7 -ELEVEN PROPERTY FROM R -1-A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, R-2 SINGLE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, AND C-2 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL TO C-2 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida has adopted Ordinance No. 02-013, in which a Revised Zoning Map was adopted for said City; and WHEREAS, the City has made application to rezone land, said land being more particularly described hereinafter, from R -1-A Single Family Residential District, R-2 Single and Two Family Residential District, and C-2 Neighborhood Commercial to C-2 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL; and WHEREAS, the City Commission conducted public hearings as required by law and heard testimony and received evidence which the Commission finds supports a rezoning for the property hereinafter described; and WHEREAS, the City Commission deems it in the best interests of the inhabitants of said City to amend the aforesaid Revised Zoning Map as hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT: Section 1. The foregoing Whereas clauses are true and correct and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2. The land herein described be and the same is hereby rezoned from R -1- A Single Family Residential District, R-2 Single and Two Family Residential District, and C-2 Neighborhood Commercial to C-2 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL. A location map is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part of this Ordinance by reference.
