A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A RELEASE OF CASH
RESTORATION SURETY TO PAC LAND
DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $11,000.00 FOR THE PROJECT KNOWN AS
VIA LUGANO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
W~EREAS, the developer of~ this parcel, previously
cash restoration surety in the amount of $11,000.00
for the project known as Via Lugano; and
WHEREAS, a final inspection has been conducted on this
'ect and the system appears to be functioning properly;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COM/RISSION
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1
The City Commission of
the City of
staff, hereby approves the release of the cash restoration
~urety in the amount of $11,000.00 to PAC Land Development
n, for the project known as Via Lugano.
Section 2
That this Resolution shall become
fective immediately upon passage.
