20-011 1 ORDINANCE NO.20-011 c AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,FLORIDA, 1 AMENDING ORDINANCE 89-38 BY AMENDING THE FUTURE E LAND USE ELEMENT OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR Y PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS MADISON ON THE I AVENUE AND DESCRIBED HEREIN, OWNED BY JAROD DOROS & PURE START, LLC., CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FROM LOCAL RETAIL COMMERCIAL(LRC)TO: 1i SPECIAL HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (SHDR); PROVIDING 1 iI FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY,AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. 11 11 WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida has 11 adopted a City of Boynton Beach Comprehensive Plan and as part of said Plan a Future Land 1! Use Element pursuant to Ordinance No. 89-3 8 and in accordance with the Local Government 11 Comprehensive Planning Act; and 11 WHEREAS, the procedure for amendment of a Future Land Use Element of a 1: Comprehensive Plan as set forth in Chapter 163, Florida Statutes, has been followed; and 11 WHEREAS, after two (2) public hearings the City Commission acting in its dual 2 I capacity as Local Planning Agency and City Commission finds that the amendment 21 hereinafter set forth is consistent with the City's adopted Comprehensive Plan and deems it 2 e in the best interest of the inhabitants of said City to amend the Future Land Use Element 21 (designation) of the Comprehensive Plan as hereinafter provided. 21 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE 2! CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,FLORIDA,THAT: 21 Section 1: The foregoing WHEREAS clauses are true and correct and incorporated 21 herein by this reference. 21 Section 2: Ordinance No. 89-38 of the City is hereby amended to reflect that the 2' Future Land Use of the following described land: 3' 3� LOTS 11, 12, AND 13, ROBINSON ADDITION, ACCORDING TO 31 THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 3 144, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PALM BEACH COUNTY, 31 FLORIDA. 3' 31 CONTAINING 0.667 ACRES OR 29,070 SQUARE FEET, MORE OR 3 LESS.
