W~AM, the City Council of the City of Boynton' Beach,
Florida, deems it necessary and advisable for the efficient
opeeatton of th:e Plannin9 amd Zonin9 Beard to eliminate provisions
as to t~he hoId~in~ of public hearings by said Board in its review
of site plans;

CI~ OF ~YNTON: ~CH~ FLORIDA:
~ect~on 1. That the first sentence of subparagraph (7) of
Section 31-16.1 of Chapter 31 of the Codified Ordinances of the
City of Boynton Beach, Florida, is hereby amended by deletin9 the
words, "provide for a public hearing", therefrom and is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"(7) Upon receipt of the site plan and thc
report from the technical committee, the plannin9
and zoning board shall review and consider thc
site plan and the report from the technical com-
mittee and then make its recommendation to the
tit2 council."
Section 2: Authority to Codify: ~pecific authority is
hereby granted to codify and incorporate this Ordinance in the
City's exist;n§ code°
Section 3: ~eparability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable~ including word, clause~ phrase or sen-
tence, and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid~ the
remaining portion shall not be affected but shall remain in full
ordinances or parts
