THE CITY OF BoYNTON BEACH, FLOR1DA,
AMENDING CHAPTER 2. ADMINISTRATION,
SECTION 2-13.2, GOVERNEqG BODY OF
CoMMLrNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, BY
DELETING SUBSECTION (D) IN ITS ENTIRETY;
PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY,
CODIFICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WIt~,REAS, the City Commission of the City of Boymon Beach deems it to be in
the bes~ interests of the public to amend the Code to shii~ control of support staff hiring
the City Manager m the Community Redevelopment Agency, following the
~ set forth in Florida §tatme 163.356;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
_Section 1. That Chapter 2. Administration, Section 2-13.2 of the Code of
es is hereby amended by deleting subsection (d) in its entirety, as follows:
Sec. 2-13.2 Govemmgbody of community redevelopment agency.*
Section 2. All other provisions of Section 2-13.2 not herein amended shall
full force and effect.
Section 3_. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and
the same are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Should any section or provision of this ordinance or portion hereof,
any pamgraph, sentence or word be declared by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, such decision shall not affect the remainder of this ordinance.
Section 5; Authority is hereby granted to codify said ordinance.
Section 6, This ordinance shallbecome effective immediately upon passage.
