id~, deems it necessary and advisable for the efficient operation

CITY OF BOYNTON ~EACH~ FLORIDA:
Section 1: That the first sentence
Chapter 3t of the Codified Ordinances of
of Section 31-16.2(5) of
the City of Boynton Beach
~lorida, is hereby amended by deleting the words, "provide for a
mblic hearing", therefrom and is hereby amended to read ss follows
"(5) The con. unity appearance board shall review the
plans and specifications as described and defined in section
31-16.2(6) and then make its recommendation to the city
councilo"
Section 2: Authority to Codify: Specific authority is hereb
granted to codif~ and incorporate this Ordinance in the City's
existing Code.
~ection____3: ~eparability: Each of the provisions of this
Ordinance are separable, including word, clause, phrase or sentence,
and if any portion thereof shall be declared invalid~ the remainin~
)ortion shall not be affected but shall remain in full force and
effect.
